Worldwide Shipping

Please make sure your shipping address a physical address. (No PO Boxes).

Once your order has been placed you will get an email confirming your order.

Orders take approximately 2 – 5 days to process.

You will get another email notification with tracking information and an estimated delivery time once the order has been sent out to you. If you haven’t received your order and its past the estimated delivery time wait a day or 2 then contact: info@defmec.com

Lost or Damaged

Any lost orders please contact us no more than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date and we will follow up on your order and get to the bottom of it. If lost in transit we will replace your order at no cost to you.

If you’ve received a damaged order please contact us and send a photo of the damaged goods to info@defmec.com. A replacement will be sent at no cost to you.

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven’t received it please reach out to the carrier and inquire.
